  • In-Store Calls – Visits made within the planned route and geo-fenced area.
  • Away from Store Calls – Visits made in planned routes but outside the geo-fenced area.
  • Off-Route Calls – Visits to outlets not part of the planned route.
  • In-Store % – Percentage of calls made within the planned geo-fenced area.
  • Calls Made – Total number of outlet visits (includes all call types).
