From Eligibility to Payout: End-to-End QPS Visibility

When it come to QPS schemes, teams were often left guessing. Who’s eligible? How much has a retailer earned so far? Has the payout been adjusted—or is it still pending? These questions didn’t have easy answers because RNA reports didn’t capture the full story. 

 

And without clear data, it was hard to measure success or take timely action. 

 

To change that, a new cube has been introduced —“QPS Scheme Utilization”—designed to bring transparency to every stage of the scheme lifecycle. 

 

Now, users can track everything from how many retailers qualified, to how much they achieved midway, to the exact amount they earned by the end. And when payouts are adjusted, the report shows where and when it happened—right down to the invoice number and date!  

 

A new field called QPS Payout Utilization Status makes it easy to see whether a payout is still pending or already applied.

The system now automatically recognizes whether a distributor uses DMS or not—and adjusts accordingly. For non-DMS distributors, achievements are calculated using order data instead of invoices. This ensures their numbers are captured accurately and reflected across SFA and RNA reports.
