To prevent policy violations, returns from configured channel retailers are automatically restricted. Configurations also give brands the flexibility to decide what level of validation is needed for their process.

Salesmen can capture the PO Number, select a PO Date using a calendar picker, and add any relevant Remarks—all directly from the Order Summary screen, without disrupting their flow. The fields support free text, are fully configurable, and adapt to diverse business needs.
These inputs sync directly to Botree DMS and RNA, ensuring backend teams have the full picture the moment an order is submitted.
