GCPL was looking for a technology upgrade to their existing system that would help keep them abreast the latest technology, and as a result, help them retain their lead in market share in the core categories. After the merger of the Godrej Household Products and the Consumer Products business it was imperative to have a unified DMS solution to support GCPL’s sales plans. It was also on GCPL’s wish-list to have a scalable technology that would also seamlessly integrate with their ERP system. The intention was also to enable an easy to manage and support applications in a distributed environment with minimized downtime.
