We’re thrilled to announce several new updates to Botree SFA that bring precision, achieve greater efficiency, make more informed decisions, and elevate your field sales operations to new heights.
Keep reading to learn more about our latest enhancements:
1. Enhanced Performance Tracking: Decimal Precision in Target vs. Achievement Dashboard
No more rounding; now you can track your progress with pinpoint accuracy. In our latest release, the Target vs. Achievement dashboard now includes decimal values, allowing you to view precise numerical figures effortlessly. For example, you are tracking a retailer’s performance, and the dashboard used to show their target as “150” and their achievement as “75”. Now, with decimals, you’ll see the target as “150.00” and the achievement as “75.50”. Whether you’re a distributor or retailer, you’ll benefit from precise numerical data, enabling more informed decisions and clarity in tracking your performance.
2. Streamlining PJP Approvals for Timely Market Visits
When a supervisor planned a market visit for a specific day, they would raise a PJP request for that day. The request needed approval from higher-level authorities, and sometimes approvals were not granted on time. This resulted in delays in getting PJP requests approved.
To streamline this process, company users can now configure automated approval for PJP (Planned Journey Plan) requests in the SFA web application. They have the option to enable or disable this feature and specify the number of days within which an approval should occur. If the approver fails to approve the request within the configured days, the system will automatically approve the PJP request. For example, if a TSO (Territory Sales Officer) raises a PJP request for October 18th and it’s pending with an ASM (Area Sales Manager) for approval, and the configured approval period is until October 16th, then the system will automatically approve the TSO’s PJP request by October 17th.
In summary, the PJP Auto Approval Configuration is a feature that enhances the efficiency and reliability of the PJP approval process, ultimately benefiting the company’s sales and field operations by ensuring timely market visits and reducing administrative bottlenecks.
3. Enhancing Outlet Data with Mandatory Image Capture and KYC Details
We have made “image capture” of the outlets and essential “customer KYC” details mandatory during the outlet addition process.
This enhancement offers several benefits for both company users and salespersons:
I. Detailed Insights: Company users gain access to comprehensive outlet information, enabling better decision-making.
II. Data Integrity: Ensure that essential customer data is not missed or overlooked during the outlet addition process.
III. Improved Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and complete records, enhancing the overall quality of your data.
4. Standardised Currency Format in the Time-Wise Order Report
We have simplified the currency format in the Time-Wise order report. Instead of using the term “lakh” to represent currency values, we now replace it with “thousands” as the standard unit. This change ensures that users can view currency values in a format that is universally recognised, promoting consistency and eliminating conversion challenges.
5. Enhanced Outlet Visit Tracking for Accuracy
In our latest release, we’ve added a Remarks Screen to the Outlet Visit process. When a supervisor selects an outlet for their visit, they are prompted with options to mark the outlet as “Open” or “Close.” This simple but crucial addition ensures the company has a precise and clear report on outlet coverage, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency.
In Conclusion
Our latest product updates are designed to deliver a range of benefits, from precision and clarity in performance tracking to streamlined PJP approvals and mandatory data capture for deeper insights. We’re here to empower your teams and make your business more efficient and productive.
