1. Motivating Sales Teams with Preloaded Incentive Dashboard

Sales reps can now view the allocated preloaded reward amount for the month in their Daily Sales Report. By consistently meeting their daily targets, they can earn the specific incentive amount designated for each day. If the target is not met, the incentive amount for that day will be deducted from the total preloaded incentive and cannot be reversed.

 

The Preloaded Incentive Dashboard serves as a motivational tool, pushing the sales reps to exceed their targets and achieve their targets.

2. Geo fencing for Supervisor for Effective Market Coverage

To ensure that order bookings can only be made at the designated outlet, we have implemented geo fencing. This allows you to track and monitor the whereabouts of their supervisors effectively. 

 

You can either choose to enable or disable geo fencing in the SFA web application.  

 

3. Introducing Seamless FOC VAT Calculation

In certain countries, companies are required to pay tax even for free products which can cause a significant impact in the billing process. 

 

The FOC (Free of Cost) VAT calculation simplifies the process of determining and incorporating the applicable tax rate for saleable units into the billing system. With this feature, you can ensure compliance with the tax obligations of the concerned country.

4. Simplifying Sales Returns with Selection Field

When the sales rep selects the option for a saleable return in the application, they come across both saleable and unsaleable reasons in the available selections creating confusion. To resolve this, we have bifurcated the selection field to show only relevant reasons based on the chosen return type.

5. Accessing Stock Return Reasons in Delivery Reports

Earlier, there was lack of visibility into the reasons behind canceled or reduced orders in the report. In this update, you have access to a dedicated field in the delivery report indicating the actual reason as entered by the Sales Rep.

 

6. Improving Game Management with Creation Date Field

KPI-based games are a great way to improve sales productivity. But without a clear indication of the game creation date, it was difficult to distinguish between the new and old games.

 

By introducing the ‘created date’ field while adding a game, you can easily identify and make informed decisions about which games to reuse, activate, or deactivate
